Job Description:
As a Junior Accountant at Strictly FX, you will be an essential part of our finance department, responsible for various accounting tasks that contribute to the overall financial health of our organization. Your attention to detail, enthusiasm for numbers, and willingness to learn will be valuable assets in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable: Contribute to the efficient processing of accounts payable transactions, encompassing tasks such as invoice verification, coding, and payment processing.
Accounts Receivable: Facilitate accounts receivable processes, which involve tasks like invoicing, monitoring payments, and following up on outstanding invoices.
Bank Reconciliation: Play a role in reconciling bank statements, maintaining precise records of financial transactions, and ensuring financial accuracy.
Data Entry: Execute accurate and timely data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system, maintaining a high standard of data integrity.
Financial Reporting: Assist in the creation of diverse financial reports as required to support the finance team in decision-making processes.
Assist Finance Director & Senior Accountant: Collaborate closely with the Finance Director and Senior Accountant, actively participating in month-end and year-end closing processes, as well as engaging in various financial activities to ensure the overall financial health of the organization.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of accounting software.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and a willingness to work collaboratively.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of accounting.
