Debbie Madden

Debbie Madden has an extensive work history spanning various industries and roles. Debbie is the Founder, Chairwoman, and CEO of Stride Consulting, a national technology services firm specializing in Agile digital transformation. In this role, they have guided their team in providing software engineering and technology modernization services to a range of clients, including Fortune 100 firms.

Debbie Madden is also an Advisor at Docker, Inc, a technology company. Additionally, they are a Member of YPO, where they serve as the Finance Chair. Debbie has been actively involved in the Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator, serving as a mentor and advisor to startups, and has provided similar guidance as an Advisor at Metis.

Prior to their current roles, Debbie Madden founded NY Intrapreneur: Innovation in the Enterprise, a hub for innovation within established companies. Debbie has also held leadership positions at Cyrus Innovation, including CEO, where they led company growth and fostered a collaborative team environment.

Earlier in their career, Debbie Madden co-founded Fetch-a-Flick, a DVD rental delivery startup, and played a key role in launching and growing the business. Debbie also co-founded Tire Labs, an e-commerce platform selling tire repair kit products. Before their entrepreneurial ventures, they worked at MicroStrategy as the Director of Customer Service, helping scale the company's operations and managing a large technical support department.

Debbie Madden attended Cornell University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from the College of Engineering.
