Amy Dalebout

Amy Dalebout has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Amy currently holds the position of VP, People at Strike since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as VP, People and Culture at Caribou from March 2020 to February 2022. Amy also held the role of Senior Director of HR at K12 Insight from September 2018 to March 2020.

In their earlier career, Amy worked at FiscalNote, where they had multiple roles including Director of People, Director of Operations, Associate Director of Operations, Operations Manager, and Operations Associate from December 2017 to September 2018. Amy also served as Integration and Operations Manager, Change Manager, and Senior Intrapreneur at Ashoka Canada from August 2013 to September 2014.

Amy's experience includes working as a Social Venture Consultant at Ballard Center for Economic Self-Reliance from April 2009 to May 2010, and as the Director of Operations and Communications, as well as Assistant Program Director at HELP International from August 2008 to May 2010. Amy also had internships at HealthEquity as a Marketing Intern from November 2006 to April 2007, and at the United States Senate as a Congressional Intern from January 2006 to March 2006. Amy'searliest internship was at The Scottish Parliament as a Legislative and Communications Intern from September 2005 to December 2005.

Amy Dalebout has pursued a diverse range of educational experiences. Amy recently completed a Diversity and Inclusion for HR Certificate program at Cornell University in 2021. In 2018, they obtained a Leadership Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies. Amy also holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Brigham Young University, though the start and end years for this degree are not specified. Prior to their Master's, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations with a minor in Business from the same institution. Amy has also acquired additional certifications, including an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation in March 2020 and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in February 2016.
