Juan Carlos Garcia

Juan Carlos Garcia is an experienced engineering manager and technical leader with a strong background in software development and project management. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Stripe since April 2024, Juan previously held similar leadership roles at Stash, where Juan launched a banking platform for over 1 million customers, and led a technical team at Flourish Software as a co-founder and Executive Advisor. Career highlights include significant contributions to WMSight as Lead Backend Developer, where Juan developed low-latency data replication software and machine learning algorithms, as well as impactful roles at Agillitics, Crawford & Company, and Manhattan Associates, focused on developing automation solutions and implementing business intelligence systems. Juan holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
