Paula McCloud

Paula McCloud currently serves as an Account Executive for Venture Backed Startups at Stripe, having joined the company in July 2025. Previously, Paula spent nearly six years at LinkedIn, culminating as Account Director for Nonprofits, where responsibilities included partnering with a diverse range of nonprofit and educational organizations to leverage LinkedIn's resources. Paula also played a critical role as Co-Lead of the Black Inclusion Group in Chicago, advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Additional experience encompasses roles in outbound sales development, talent acquisition, and various internships and assistantships at Stanford University, where Paula earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees with honors in Communication and Media Studies and African-American/Black Studies. Notably, Paula has demonstrated a commitment to promoting social causes and fostering community impact throughout a dynamic career in both nonprofit and corporate sectors.
