Amber Walker, PHR

Amber Walker, PHR, is an experienced HR professional with a diverse range of roles and responsibilities throughout their career. Amber currently works as the Human Resources Director for The Planet Group, where they lead the HR function supporting TPG's consulting brand, Launch Consulting. Prior to this, they held the same position at Strive Consulting and Launch Consulting Group.

Before joining the consulting industry, Amber worked as a Corporate Training Facilitator as a freelancer, conducting workshops on communication, team-building, change management, and creative decision-making. Amber has provided training sessions for various organizations, including SoHo House Chicago and Washington University.

Amber has also gained experience in people operations as the Senior Manager at cleverbridge and as an HR Delivery Partner and HR Specialist at Groupon. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR Specialist at Coates Group and as a Human Resources Coordinator and Resource Coordinator at The Designory.

Additionally, Amber has a background in administrative coordination, having served as an Administrative Coordinator at Erikson Institute. Amber also has performing and workshop facilitation experience, having worked as a Performer and Workshop Facilitator at The Second City.

Amber Walker, PHR, has a diverse education history focused on the fields of improvisation, theatre, and English.
