Takumi Kojo

Takumi Kojo joined STRIVE in 2019. Based in Tokyo, he is in charge of sourcing new deals and supporting development of portfolio's business plans. He previously served as a consultatnt at Roland Berger, where he engaged in strategic and midterm management planning mainly for manufacturing companies. Earlier in his career, he worked at Barclays as an equity research analyst where he was in charge of Japan Heavy Industries and Plant Engineering sectors. He earned his master's degree from Keio University Graduate School of Science and Technology.
