POSITION SUMMARY

The HR Operations Manager will report to the Director, Human Resources Operations and will be an individual contributor role.  The incumbent is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations across the organization. This role involves managing employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting various HR initiatives and projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of HR policies and procedures.#hybrid.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations Support:

  • Support the daily operations of the HR department.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ensure proper documentation and filing of employee records.
  • Conduct benefits and HRIS training and complete necessary paperwork for new hires.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain training records and track employee development progress.

Performance Review Administration:

  • Assist in the administration of performance review processes.

Talent Acquisition Support:

  • Provide support to the talent acquisition team, including document management, job posting, maintaining job and candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), scheduling interviews, and keeping track of job requisition forms.
  • Assist with the temporary and contractor hiring process to ensure a streamlined and compliant process.

HR Technologies Implementation:

  • Implement new HR technologies and systems to improve efficiency.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure all talent operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including SOX compliance, minimizing risk to the organization.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment law and implement necessary policy updates.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
  • Experience with HR technology systems, including ATS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)

The target salary range for this full-time role is $123,000 to 147,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Structure Therapeutics determines salary ranges based on level and scope of responsibilities, as well as location. Individual pay is further determined by additional factors, including relevant experience, specific job skills, education and training.
