Role Overview: 

As a Business Development Manager for our luxury chauffeur service, you will be a key player in our sales team, working closely with the team to target hotels and corporate clients. Your responsibilities will include researching potential partners, crafting outreach strategies, and identifying new opportunities. You will engage in exploratory conversations with prospective partners, utilizing your business acumen to demonstrate how our luxury chauffeur service can enhance their guest experience or corporate travel needs. Your goal is to effectively position the unique value and benefits of our luxury chauffeur service to secure new partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely and collaboratively with the team to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies
  • Conduct prospecting to qualify partners through multiple outreach channels including (phone, email & Linkedin inmail)
  • Conduct qualification calls
  • Schedule qualified meetings and assess a prospect's chauffeur needs and potential collaboration
  • Conduct online/in person meetings in KSA with potential partners with aim to secure partnerships
  • Follow-up on emails and meetings to ensure that communication is clear
  • Create and maintain database of qualified partners through calls and outbound lead generation
  • Meeting weekly targets for cold calling, database maintenance, and sales meetings
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing new business
  • Work closely and collaboratively with marketing on outreach campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Previous with sales or business development experience, experience in hospitality industry shall be preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple partners simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other account management tools.
  • Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
