Fiona George

Fiona George has extensive work experience in various roles related to people experience, HR project management, and recruitment. Fiona is currently the Head of People Experience and Programmes at Stuart since July 2023. Prior to that, Fiona worked as a People Programme Manager at Stuart from January 2022 to September 2023. Fiona also has experience at Capita, where they served as a Resourcing Project Manager, HR Project Manager, Project Executive and EA to Chief People Officer, and Talent Associate from 2017 to 2021. Additionally, Fiona worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Foster + Partners from 2016 to 2017. Before that, they were a Recruitment Consultant at Huxley Banking & Financial Services, specializing in accounting and finance appointments, from 2015 to 2016. Fiona's earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Salesperson at Carphone Warehouse from 2013 to 2014.

Fiona George holds a Master's Degree in Business Studies from The University of Edinburgh, which they obtained from 2011 to 2015. Fiona also has a HNC degree in Business Studies from Telford College, completed in 2010 and 2011. Additionally, Fiona has received certification in PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation & Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is not available. In 2020, they attended Macquarie University for a course in Organisational Design.
