Gemma Incoronato Bonner has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Gemma began their career as an Office Assistant at Koryo Tours in 2009. From there, they worked as an English Language Teacher at the British School Group, teaching students of various levels and preparing them for Cambridge ESOL exams. In 2015, they became a Learning and Development Manager at Costa Crociere, where they organized and delivered training programs for a large international workforce. Gemma then served as a Training And Quality Manager at Teleperformance Spain, overseeing the training cycle for a fashion brand's customer service campaign. Gemma then joined Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. as a Learning and Development Consultant, collaborating with key stakeholders to improve leadership development and employee performance. Gemma then worked as a Learning and Development Responsible and later as a Learning and Development Manager at Rubiko, where they built and grew the L&D department. Currently, they are the Head of Learning & Talent Development at Stuart, leading a global team and implementing learning and talent development strategies for a large workforce.
Gemma Incoronato Bonner completed their Bachelor's Degree in Cultural Studies and Italian (Joint Honours) from the University of Leeds, graduating in 2013. Gemma also studied Foreign Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics at the Università degli Studi di Genova from 2011 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Gemma has obtained various certifications in fields such as learning experience design, instructional design, leadership, and training. Some of their certifications include Everything DiSC® Certification, SDI Core Strengths Certified Facilitator, and Leadership Certification. Gemma has also received training in firefighting, first aid, personal survival techniques, and other relevant skills.
