Katie Keown

Katie Keown has extensive experience in literacy education and development, currently serving as Director of Literacy at Student Achievement Partners since January 2015, following roles as Literacy Specialist and Literacy Assessment Specialist. Previously, Katie held positions at Riverside Publishing from March 2011 to January 2015, including Content Development Supervisor and Test Development Specialist. Additional experience includes teaching English at Fisher Jr. Sr. High School and serving as a Reading Teacher at Leland School Park. Katie also contributed as an Assistant Volleyball Coach at Parkland College. Academically, Katie is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Reading Science at Mount St. Joseph University, having previously obtained a Master's of the Arts in Education in Reading Science and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
