Eboni Boadi has a diverse work experience spanning different organizations and roles. Eboni most recently served as the Vice President of Philanthropy at the Student Conservation Association, where they were responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies across national and state levels. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Officer of Major Gifts at the same organization, managing a portfolio of 300+ donors and focusing on target markets such as Boston, Chicago, and New York. Eboni has also held positions at Reading Partners, LIFT Inc., White House Black Market, Hays Companies, Tek Source USA Inc., and Chico's FAS Inc., demonstrating their expertise in individual giving, sales, management, and customer service.

Eboni Boadi has a diverse education history. Eboni holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Law and Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government- International & Comparative Politics from George Mason University. Eboni also holds a Certificate of Completion from Duke University in the fields of Race in American Politics & Intro to Econometrics.
