Amy Lawlor (she/her) serves as the Human Resources Director, leading recruitment, supporting the design team across offices, and furthering the Studio’s commitment to equity and diversity. Drawn to Studio Gang for its advocacy of social and environmental progress, Amy brings over a decade of experience in the field of Human Resources in non-profit and for-profit settings, having led all aspects of HR including recruitment, process improvement, performance management, and strategic planning. Prior to joining Studio Gang, she spent four years managing HR in real estate development and property management, where she became immersed in the world of design, architecture, and construction.
