Joe Marchiafava

Joe Marchiafava is a seasoned professional in digital advisory and architectural design, currently serving as the Digital Advisory Manager at STV since December 2021. In this role, Joe leads the Digital Advisory Consulting Team, providing strategic guidance on digital integration and technology methodologies. Previously, Joe held multiple positions at AECOM, including Design Technology Lead, where leadership of a team focused on delivering optimized digital workflows for various sectors was pivotal. Joe's experience also includes roles as Design Technology Specialist, Architectural Designer, and Architectural Intern, contributing to diverse projects ranging from transportation to smart city planning. Joe holds a Master of Business Administration from Boston University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
