KC Jorgensen started their career as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Workfront. KC then became the Director of Culture & Talent at MX. In 2014, they became the Vice President of Talent Management at Overstock.com. In July 2019, they became the Chief People Officer at Textio.

During their time at Textio, KC Jorgensen updated the compensation strategy, including the design and execution of a process and pay transparency program. KC also partnered with a 3rd party equity and social impact firm to improve employee experience for all and engage more profoundly in impactful DEI initiatives. In addition, they launched manager development programming that included training and professional development coaching for all employees.

In their current role as Chief People Officer at StyleSeat, KC Jorgensen is responsible for leading the People and Recruiting teams.
