Emily Glick has held various roles in the corporate world since 2006. Emily began their career as a Student Intern at the Center for Sustainable Global Enterprise at Cornell University in 2006. The following year, they worked as a Research Analyst at The Cadmus Group. In 2008, they joined Constellation as a Business Development Manager, where they achieved and surpassed their sales quota. In 2010, they moved to Sunrun as a Growth & Integration Manager, Partners, followed by a Sales and Operations Training Manager, Partners, and Sales Trainer, Partners roles. In 2017, they joined Freckle by Renaissance as a Director, Sales Strategy, Director of Account Management, Strategic Accounts, Customer Success Manager, Strategic Accounts, and Customer Success Team Lead. In 2021, they became a Customer Success, Onboarding & Activation at brightwheel. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed as the Head of Client Success at Subscript.

Emily Glick attended Cornell University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources. In 2006, they also attended the University of Melbourne for Arts studies.
