Spencer Chen

Spencer Chen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Spencer is currently serving as the General Counsel and Secretary at Subtle Medical, a leading company in artificial intelligence and deep learning-powered medical image enhancement. In 2021, Spencer became the President of the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter at the Association of Corporate Counsel. Spencer has also held various positions at the Taiwanese American Foundation, including Director, Past President, Past General Counsel, and Advisor. Additionally, Spencer worked as the Senior Corporate Counsel at TriReme Medical, LLC from 2012 to 2021.
