Juan Salabarria

Juan Salabarria is a seasoned senior human resource professional with extensive experience in employee relations, labor agreements, recruitment, benefits administration, leadership training, performance management, and succession planning. Currently serving as Manager of HR Operations at Suburban Propane, Juan has also held roles as Human Resources Director at All American Games and Human Resources Manager at Blue Apron, among others. With a career spanning various industries including corporate, manufacturing, retail, and distribution, Juan has demonstrated expertise in organizational development, change management, conflict resolution, and training management on policies and employment laws.
