Fernando Kohler

Fernando Kohler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, training, and business development across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and L&D for LATAM at Subway since May 2019, Fernando also holds the title of Certified Subway Culture Enabler. Prior roles include Franchise Business Manager at Domino's and Business Operations and L&D Director at Urban Food Development. A seasoned Subway partner franchisee and multi-units operator, Fernando began a career in operations and training management at Subway, with earlier experience as a CRM Software Consultant and Trainer at The Higher Gear Group. Fernando holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Engineering Technology from Universidade Federal do Paraná and has furthered professional development through a leadership excellence certificate from the Disney Institute and a real estate license.
