Aaron also serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at SuccessHACKER, helping companies grow through Customer Success. As a Founding Board Member of The CX Lead, Aaron is dedicated to creating better experiences and designing people-first services. Additionally, Aaron is a Founding Member of CS Angel, investing in startups that improve Net Revenue Retention. Aaron's extensive experience includes roles at 4-Tell, Jive Software, Moda Health, PacificSource Health Plans, and The TriZetto Group. Aaron holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Warner Pacific University.
