Lauren Fuchs

Lauren Fuchs is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at Suffolk Construction since September 2024. Prior to this role, Fuchs was the Human Resources Director at FASNY - French American School of New York from September 2021 to September 2024, and earlier held similar HR leadership positions at La Prairie Group AG, Langan Engineering and Environmental Services, and Pfizer. Fuchs began the career in human resources at Dealogic and Morgan Stanley, after starting in a business leadership role at General Mills. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Management from Bucknell University and a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University.
