Sarita Kincaid

Sarita Kincaid has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Sarita currently holds the position of Vice President, Corporate Communications at SugarCRM, a role they started in February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Oracle as the Senior Director, Analyst Relations from September 2020 to February 2022.

Before joining Oracle, Sarita served as the Director of Global Industry Analyst Relations at Huawei from August 2011 to June 2018. During their time at Huawei, they created and managed a global team responsible for the Enterprise Analyst & Influencers Program. Their team's efforts contributed to the Business Group's significant growth and received recognition through a best-in-class designation.

Sarita's earlier experiences include working as the Enterprise Analyst Relations Global Lead at Cisco Systems from February 2006 to August 2011. Before that, they served as a Strategic Marketing Manager at BigBand Networks, where they developed and managed integrated marketing programs and strategic product marketing plans.

In addition to their roles at technology companies, Sarita also has experience in public relations and employee communications. Sarita worked as the Public Relations Manager at Metricom from February 2000 to May 2001 and as an Employee Communications Specialist - News Producer/Writer at Qualcomm from July 1997 to April 1999.

Prior to their career in the technology industry, Sarita gained experience in marketing and research. Sarita worked as a Marketing Events Coordinator at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP from February 1996 to March 1997 and as a Marketing Research Assistant at the University of Washington from August 1994 to February 1996.

Sarita Kincaid obtained a BA degree in Communications with a concentration in Media Studies / Broadcast from the University of Washington in 1996. Sarita also holds additional certifications in External Communication Skills for Leaders and Communicating with Confidence from LinkedIn, obtained in 2023, as well as an IIAR> Certified Professional (IIARCP) certification from The IIAR> (Institute of Influencer & Analyst Relations) obtained in 2021.
