James Bradford

James Bradford has worked for three companies. From 2018 to present, they have been the Training and Safety Coordinator at Hi-Tek Manufacturing, Inc. Prior to that, they were the Team Lead at Harris Products Group from 2004 to 2018. James is currently the HR and Safety Manager at Sugaright (Division of CSC Sugar) since 2022.

James Bradford completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati from 2013 to 2017. James then went on to earn a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University from 2019 to 2020. James has also obtained three additional certifications from LinkedIn, including How to Make Strategic Thinking a Habit, Human Resources Foundations, and Practical Success Metrics in Your Training Program, all obtained in October 2021.
