E.Craig Suhrbier

As president of SUHRCO Management, Inc. and CEO of SUHRCO Residential Properties, LLC, Craig is

responsible for driving all activities of SUHRCO; implementing and directing the execution of real estate

management services, acquisitions, dispositions, development, consulting, marketing, leasing, and facilities

management.

Craig is a member of the National Advisory Board (NAB), a group of 14 industry leaders who are successful

in operating over $20-billion in real estate assets. SUHRCO clients benefit by Craig’s activities in the NAB

which include: studying and analyzing emerging trends and ideas in the commercial real estate industry,

keeping abreast of asset management techniques that reflect today’s economic realities, and evaluating

ways to maximize return from tenant’s leasing dollars while providing top-quality amenities and first-rate

service.

Craig was honored to serve as President of the Institute of Real Estate Management® (IREM®) in 2001.

IREM® represents over 20,000 professional real estate managers and companies from 26 countries. Total

assets managed by IREM® members exceed $1.5-trillion. He also served as the 2006 and 2007 President of

the IREM® Foundation. Craig as served IREM® for over 30 years.

Craig serves on the National Board of Trustees of the Cabrini Mission Foundation based in New York and

Rome. He has also served as Chairman of the University of Washington Tyee Board of Advisors. The Tyree

Board of Advisors oversees the University of Washington Athletic Department and fundraising for

intercollegiate athletics.

Craig has served as a court-appointed receiver related to real estate foreclosures. Under his direction,

SUHRCO Professionals understand the intricacies of this responsibility and have the depth of experience to

handle this unique assignment.

Craig is a native of Seattle, Washington. He is a Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) with IREM® and is a

member of The Counselors of Real Estate® (CRE®) and was awarded the CRE® designation. Craig is a

member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and was awarded the FRICS designation in 2006. He

received a B.A. in Business Administration in Business Law and Management from the University of

Washington. He also attended the University of London, England
