Kelsey Krauss

Kelsey Krauss is currently a University Success Manager at Suitable. Prior to working at Suitable, Kelsey was an Assistant Director of Career Development and Readiness at La Salle University. In this role, Kelsey was responsible for engaging faculty, staff and students to promote and create campus wide engagement opportunities that were intentionally framed to support best practice career development strategies with a focus on career readiness competencies. Kelsey also assisted students with the exploration of majors and careers, understanding employment environments, making and implementing career decisions, and developing education plans appropriate to their goals. Furthermore, Kelsey developed, coordinated, and facilitated career development and career readiness competency programming, served as program liaison to faculty, advisors, administrators, and students, and assisted and/or led in the development of career and learning outcomes assessments, including analysis and reports associated with those assessments.

Kelsey Krauss has a Bachelor of Science in Atmospheric Geoscience from PennWest Clarion and a Master of Education from Tiffin University. Kelsey is currently working on their Master of Education (MEd) in Education/Certificate in Student Affairs Practice at PennWest California.
