Haining Auperin

Haining Auperin is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience across various industries. Since June 2016, Haining Auperin has served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Sulzer, a global leader in fluid engineering, where a focus on empowering employees to drive sustainable progress is emphasized. Prior to Sulzer, Haining Auperin held multiple senior human resources roles at GE from April 2007 to May 2016, including Senior Vice President for Human Resources in the Boiler Business and Global Head of HR for the Flow Equipment Division. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at AREVA T&D and Ansaldo STS, where project management skills were demonstrated through significant contributions to major projects. Haining Auperin holds two master's degrees, one in Human Resources Management from Sciences Po and another from Capital University of Economics and Business.
