Radjes Somaroe

Radjes Somaroe is a seasoned professional in the field of compensation and benefits with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits at Sulzer since June 2023, Radjes previously held the same position at CEVA Logistics from January 2016 to June 2023. Prior roles include Global Head of Compensation at NXP Semiconductors, Global Head of Benefits/Compensation Leader at TomTom International, and Global Manager Compensation, Benefits & Systems at Heineken International. Earlier career experiences include managerial and consulting positions at KPMG, Pentascope, and the Police Academy. Radjes holds a Master in HR Leadership from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Bachelor in Human Resources Management from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
