Hicham Guettara

Hicham Guettara has held various quality and engineering roles throughout their work experience. Hicham is currently working as the Head of Quality SPF at Sulzer, starting in January 2023. Before that, they worked at GE Power Conversion as a Quality Manager from March 2017 to December 2022 and as a Continuous Improvement Quality Engineer from September 2015 to March 2017. Prior to GE Power Conversion, they worked at Medtronic as a Quality Assurance Engineer from January 2013 to June 2015. Hicham also worked as a Reliability Manager at Delphi from May 2012 to October 2012, an Industrial Project Engineer at AGC Glass Europe from December 2011 to May 2012, and an Intern Method and Quality Engineer at Faurecia Sieges D'Automobile from February 2011 to August 2011.

Hicham Guettara obtained an engineering degree in industrial systems engineering with an option in production management from the Université de Technologie de Troyes in 2011. Hicham also holds a black belt in lean six sigma certification from GE.
