Johan Fonseca

Johan Fonseca has worked in a variety of roles in the past six years. In 2022, they began working as a Product Analyst at Sumer. From 2016 to present, they have worked at Ericsson as an Operation Support, where they have been responsible for web development in PHP, Laravel for Backend and React for Frontend, and database in MySQL. Johan has also been responsible for delivering technical solutions, product owner function with local operational units as customer, management LDA and automation initiatives, and process and tools management. In 2018, they became a Dispatch Integration Consultant at Ericsson. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at PRECOM Telecomunicaciones as a Consultor Optimizacion de Procesos ERICSSON, where they created a proposal to reduce the time of preventive maintenance in the inclusion of the Fixed Network Operation in a new project of Radio Base Maintenance in Telefonica. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Avianca as an Aprendiz Gerencia de Estandares y Equipajes, where they were responsible for following the Onload procedure, boarding procedure according to the passenger priority code, generating monthly performance reports for airports, and analyzing causes of delays that generated compensations and/or assistance services according to the established Compensation Policy.

Johan Fonseca has an extensive education history, beginning with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, which they obtained between 2010 and 2015. Johan then completed a Specialization in Project Management Engineering from the same university in 2017. In 2016, they also completed a Basic Course in Digital Marketing from IAB Spain. Between 2012 and 2014, they completed a course in English from ILUD. Additionally, they have a number of certifications, including a Certificate of Zero to Product Manager from Soy Startup Latam (2022), Master Certificate in JavaScript Frameworks from Udemy (2021), Master Certificate in PHP, Laravel and Symfony from Udemy (2021), Certificate of Proficiency in Portuguese Language from Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas Educacionais Anísio Teixeira - INEP (2021), and Professional Product Owner Accredited Certification from Scrum.org (2019).
