In this role, you will work closely with the Investor Relations (IR) team to help support the day-to-day activities and support the execution of other IR projects. This is a full-time position over a 6 month-period with the possibility to extend. The position is in-person in Summa Equity’s (“Summa”) Stockholm office with a start date as soon as possible.

The role
Investor Relations (IR) is a strategic management responsibility that integrates finance, communication, marketing, and securities law compliance. A successful Investor Relations Intern candidate will help to advance Summa Equity’s mission to solve global challenges and by actively assist the IR team with communication, coordination, material and content production, IR dashboard/CRM support, and more.
As an intern you will be supporting the following areas:
Supporting day-to-day queries from investors and monitoring IR inbox emails and requests
Coordinating meetings with investors as well as internal calendars and related conferences and travels logistics
Help updating existing marketing and pitch materials
Supporting with updating and implementing investor digital platform, such as CRM, MailChimp, and any other automated IR dashboard
Maintaining the existing investor portal and updating the content, such as investor materials, press release, events, and similar activity updates
Supporting with preparation of Annual Investor Meeting logistics and other investor related events
Supporting the IR team with any ad-hoc projects and requests
Who are we looking for?
Overall, the intern candidate must hold a great standard of interpersonal skills and have an interest in the Investor Relations industry.
University degree in Business administration, or similar
Preferred relevant experience within investor relations/communication, but not mandatory
Demonstrating strong communication and prioritization skills
A team player with interest to learn and work in an open and transparent environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and generally technically minded
Proficient command of English both verbal and written
