Zachary Weddle

Zachary Weddle has over 32 years of experience in the civil engineering industry. Zachary has held various roles at Summit Design and Engineering Services, including Chief Engineer and Vice President- Virginia Branch. In these roles, they provided corporate leadership and quality assurance management for technical services areas. Zachary also served as the Vice President Branch Manager-Virginia and demonstrated skills in traffic engineering, land development, and construction engineering. Prior to their time at Summit, Zachary worked at the Virginia Department of Transportation, where they held roles such as Engineer Manager Special Projects (Acting), Area Construction Engineer, and Assistant Resident Engineer.

Zachary Weddle has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Averett University. Zachary also holds a degree as a Civil Engineer Assistant from the Community College of the Air Force, specializing in Civil Engineering Technology/Technician. In terms of certifications, Zachary obtained a Professional Engineer-NC certification in September 2014 and a Certified Construction Manager certification from the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) in January 2014. Zachary additionally obtained a Professional Engineer-VA certification in June 2005.
