Jyotindra Pandey

Jyotindra Pandey is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the financial services and technology sectors. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at Westpac since August 2025, Jyotindra previously held significant positions at Pepper Money ANZ as Engineering Program Manager and Technology Practice Lead from August 2019 to September 2025. Prior to that, a substantial tenure at Cognizant from September 2011 to August 2019 included the roles of Senior Consultant, Consultant - BPM, Technical Lead, and Designer - BPM. Jyotindra holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University, completed between 2007 and 2011.
