Mike Cozart

Mike Cozart has extensive work experience in the food services industry. Mike started their career at FURRS FAMILY DINING in 1986 and served as Regional Director of Operations for 14 years. Mike then worked at Golden Corral Corporation as Director of Operations for two years. From 2002 to 2010, they served as Regional General Manager at Aramark Correctional Services. Mike then joined Trinity Services Group as District Manager, where they worked from 2010 to 2016. After that, they worked at CBM Managed Food Services as Director of Sales & Operations from 2016 to 2019. Their most recent positions include Vice President of Operations - West and Vice President of Operations at Summit, where they started in 2019.

From 1978 to 1980, Mike Cozart attended Utah State Extension where they pursued a field of study in Power Plant Engineering. However, no degree was obtained during this time.
