Pamela Thomas has extensive experience in food service management and safety, currently serving as the Safety Manager at Summit, a division of Elior, since December 2014. Prior roles include Safety Coordinator and Group Executive Chef at Summit, as well as Director of Operations for Production-Cook/Chill at Aramark Correctional Services from March to December 2014. Pamela's background also comprises serving as Food Service Director II at the Florida Department of Corrections and Restaurant Manager at a major restaurant chain. Prior experience includes various positions at ARAMARK K-12 Education Food Service and ARAMARK Correctional Services, where Pamela was Food Service Director for nearly a decade. Educational qualifications include attendance at Auburn University from 1985 to 1986.
