Becca Buckland

Becca Buckland has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Becca currently serves as the Director of School Partnerships at Summit K12 since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Development Representative at American Reading Company from July 2022 to May 2023.

At Franklin ISD, Becca worked as a Teacher for Third Grade ELA/Social Studies from August 2015 to July 2022. Before that, they served as a 1st Grade Teacher at Bryan ISD from August 2012 to July 2015, where they planned, prepared, and delivered instructional activities while utilizing various programs to analyze data and implement strategies.

Becca also worked as a 4th/5th Grade Advisor at Allen Academy from June 2009 to August 2012. Prior to that, they gained experience as an Account Manager at Evans and Evans Insurance and Investments from February 2005 to August 2009. In this role, they managed quote creation, order processing, and responded to day-to-day prospect requests while maintaining records of sales interactions and accurately forecasting product sales.

Becca's earliest work experience was as a Media Teacher K-3 at PITTSBURG ISD from August 1999 to June 2001.

Becca Buckland obtained a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University in the period from 2005 to 2009. Becca also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A & M University College Station, Texas, during the same time. In terms of additional certifications, Becca Buckland has completed the Texas Reading Academy offered by the Texas Education Agency in May 2022. Becca is also certified in Texas EC-4 Teaching and Texas ESL EC-4, both obtained through the Texas Education Agency.
