Sheri Woodworth

Sheri Woodworth has significant experience in sales, operations, and management roles. Sheri started their career as the Division President at Centex Homes/Wayne Homes in 1988, where they were responsible for defining the operating structure and staffing models. Sheri was later promoted to turn around and revitalize a troubled division. In 2007, Sheri joined Levitt and Sons as the Sr. Project Executive, where they successfully turned around a troubled region and earned recognition for running the best organization across all corporate operations. Sheri then worked as the General Manager at America's Home Place in 2008, where they leveraged their business management experience to accelerate revenue and enhance overall service delivery. Sheri later joined Rollins, Inc. as the Central Florida Commercial Operations Manager in 2009. Currently, they are working at Sun Communities & Sun RV Resorts. Sheri first served as the Division Vice President and was responsible for driving home sales, resident relations, and resident retention. Sheri then became the Senior Vice President, overseeing the sales and operational responsibilities for multiple communities. Throughout their career, Sheri has demonstrated expertise in sales planning, team management, budgeting, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
