David Fabian

David Fabian is the Chief Development Officer at Sun Holdings. David has over 8 years of experience in the restaurant industry, including 318 restaurants and annual sales of over $500 million. David is a proven leader in the industry and specializes in streamlining the development process to improve efficiency and lower investment costs. In their role as Chief Operating Officer for the Schlotzsky's division, they will be responsible for leading the growth of the brand and ensuring operational excellence.

David Fabian received their BSBA from Robert Morris University and their Executive Integral Leadership from the University of Notre Dame.
