Geraldine Joyce Marquez

Geraldine Joyce Marquez is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in application management and project delivery, currently serving as the Head of Application Management and Production Support at Sun Life. Holding additional titles in IT Account Management and IT Delivery, Geraldine has demonstrated expertise in managing IT projects and teams. Previously, Geraldine worked as a Business Analyst at IEWorks, Inc., and as a Programmer at both Ripple e-Business International, Inc. and CAI-STA Systems Services. Geraldine completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, specializing in Information Technology, at De La Salle University - Manila from 1995 to 1999. Geraldine is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and holds ITIL certification.
