Joyce Villabroza

Joyce Villabroza, CSSBB, currently serves as the Total Rewards & HR Analytics Manager at Sun Life since September 2014, where responsibilities include compensation and benefits planning, job evaluation, and HR analytics using Workday. Prior experience includes a role as Compensation & Benefits Lead at Reed Elsevier, overseeing payroll for over 1500 FTEs and coordinating benefit programs. Joyce has also worked at GXS as an Intermediate Compensation & Benefits Analyst and at Manulife Financial as an HR Supervisor, where expertise in HRMS and payroll processing was developed. Additional roles include HR Specialist at Valiant Distribution and Travel Specialist at People Support Philippines. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Ateneo de Naga University.
