Tammi Wortham

Tammi Wortham is the SVP of Human Resources at Sun Life Financial. Tammi has been with the company since March of 2017, and in their current role, they are responsible for the development and execution of short- and long-term operating plans to support the strategic objectives while creating a seamless broker and client experience by identifying synergies, streamlining work, and maximizing client experience. Prior to their current role, Tammi was the Vice President of Client Services, where they were responsible for managing a staff of 630+ across the US and Canada. In this role, they also served as a member of the U.S Leadership Team, working closely with business unit leaders to support the department's strategic direction, including the successful implementation of key business priorities.

Tammi Wortham has a Masters in Organizational Psychology from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Tammi is also certified from FINRA in Series 6,26,7.
