Scott Smith

Scott Smith has a diverse work experience in the legal and compliance field. Scott started their career as a Contract Analyst at BAE Systems in 2001. From 2004 to 2011, they worked at Analytical Graphics, Inc. as the Manager of the Contracts Department. In 2011, they joined TruePosition, Inc. as a Corporate Contracts Manager and worked there until 2013. Since 2014, Scott has been with Sungard Availability Services, where they have held various positions including Senior Contract Specialist, Legal and Compliance Manager, and currently serves as the Global Legal and Compliance Director for Sungard AS Procurement.

Scott Smith earned a Bachelor's degree in an unspecified field of study from Franklin & Marshall College from 1993 to 1997. Scott subsequently attended Rutgers Law School from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a specialization in contract law.
