Rachel Peters, PMP, is a seasoned IT Business Analyst Manager with extensive experience leading teams and managing projects in various sectors. At Sunlight Financial since October 2019, Rachel has progressed from Sr. Business Analyst to Sr. IT Business Analyst Manager. Prior to this, Rachel served as M3 Project Manager/Business Consultant at LeanSwift Inc, overseeing global teams and driving e-commerce project deliverables. Rachel's earlier roles include ERP Lead and Project Manager at Merchants Metals, where responsibilities encompassed leading ERP initiatives and providing crucial system support, and participation in the Emerging Leaders Program at Menlo Worldwide, gaining broad logistics experience. Rachel’s foundational experience includes a Co-op Program at the Enterprise Innovation Institute at Georgia Tech, focusing on Lean and Quality management training. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
