Tim Izatt has extensive experience in leadership roles in various companies. Tim is currently the Director of Customer Transformation at Sunnova Energy, where they have built a team from scratch and is leading efforts to transform the customer experience. At Brex, they served as the Director of Customer Experience Operations. Prior to that, they were the Director of Community Support at Belong, where they achieved a significant improvement in first contact resolution rates. Tim also has experience as the Director of Loan Operations at SoFi, where they successfully expanded the loan organization. Tim has also worked as the Director of Technical Support at Oracle and as the VP of Client Retention at ADP. In addition, they have held leadership positions at Vivint and eBay, where they demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and achieved significant accomplishments.

Tim Izatt attended Weber State University from 1989 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Spanish and Business. Tim also obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from GE in 2002.
