Ashley McQuown has over nine years of work experience in customer service roles. Ashley started their career in 2011 as a Customer Service Department Manager at Brandy Melville. In 2014, they moved to AFFLICTION HOLDINGS, LLC as an E-Commerce Customer Service Manager, where they were responsible for answering inbound communications via phone, email, live chat and social media, as well as assisting in sales and record keeping for ticket purchases for music venues and events. In 2016, they became the Founder of CRYSTLLIZD, creating all natural products for personal website and all events. That same year, they also took on the role of Interior Design Assistant at Designers Resource Collection, where they were responsible for accounting duties in QuickBooks, answering incoming calls and mail, and assisting interior designers with design knowledge and customer service needs. In 2017, they worked as a Realtor Assistant at Coldwell Banker Alliance Realty and a White Bat at Midsummer Scream, the biggest Halloween / Horror Convention in the world. Since 2018, they have been the Customer Support Supervisor at Sunny Health and Fitness, managing Customer Care duties for B2C and B2B, including multiple platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc.

Ashley McQuown is currently enrolled at Cypress College, studying Business.
