Richard J Zeni, FMP has extensive work experience in facilities management. Richard J started their career in 2005 as a Facilities Manager at Quanta US Holdings, where they managed various facility functions and oversaw the relocation of their home office. In 2012, they worked as a Contract Employee- IT Move Coordinator at NYU Langone Medical Center, where they coordinated IT moves. In 2013, they joined SunPlus Data Group, Inc. as a Facilities Manager - Contractor for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. In this role, they maintained office space, managed space allocation, and served as a liaison to building management.
