Yong Beng Tan

Yong Beng Tan has held various roles throughout their work experience. Yong Beng is currently the Head of Asset Operations, APAC at EDPR APAC since July 2022. Prior to this, they were the General Manager (Operations & Maintenance) at Uper Renewable Energy (Singapore) from October 2021 to June 2023. Before that, from November 2020 to October 2021, they served as a Director and General Manager at Soil Investigation pte ltd. Yong Beng Tan also worked at the same company as a Senior Manager from March 2016 to April 2018, as a Site Investigation Manager from March 2014 to March 2016, and as a Pile Instrumentation Manager from December 2012 to March 2014. Yong Beng was a Senior Manager / Head - Business Development at Amerald Land / Amron Land from May 2011 to December 2012. Yong Beng'sprevious role was as a Senior Development Officer at the Building and Construction Authority from March 2008 to May 2011. Yong Beng Tan started their career as a Project Manager at Loadtest Asia Pte Ltd from May 2003 to March 2008.

Yong Beng Tan attended the University of Birmingham from 2018 to 2021, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Prior to that, they studied at Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 1998 to 2003, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Civil Engineering.
