Amy Kaighen

Amy Kaighen has a diverse range of work experience. Amy is currently a Product Owner at SunStream Business Services, where they work directly with end users to analyze challenges in their workflow and conducts in-depth analyses to identify key insights. Previously, they worked as a Managing Consultant at Turnberry Solutions and as a Senior Business Analyst at Cask, where they were responsible for scoping and developing business solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Amy also has a background in strategy consulting, having held roles such as Strategy Consultant and Digital Consultant at Wells Fargo. Prior to their career in consulting, they worked in various positions at Wells Fargo, including Business Process Specialist and Learning and Development Facilitator. Amy also has experience in the banking industry, having served as a High-Value Business Banker and Consumer Banker at Wells Fargo. Before entering the corporate world, Amy worked as an Assistant Skating Director at Stars and Stripes Skating Academy, where they supervised coaches, managed payroll, and organized events. Amy began their professional career in the US Army as a Human Intelligence Collector.
