Jason Keippela, PMP

Jason Keippela, PMP has extensive experience in project management and cybersecurity. Jason is currently serving as a Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager at SunStream Business Services. In this role, they are leading a team to implement a complete SailPoint Identity Access Management On Prem solution for SunStream Services, Agribank, and other Farm Credit Associations. Jason is responsible for managing the onboarding of over 100 applications, including SunStreams Digital Transformation projects.

Prior to their current position, Jason worked as an Owner at On the Path, LLC from September 2016. Jason also served as a Sr Project Manager and Analyst for Banking and Financial Services at Mayo Clinic from July 2021 to June 2022.

In addition, Jason has held various consultant roles. At APi Group from February 2021 to July 2021, they served as an SR Cybersecurity Project Manager and Lead Security Engineer. Jason successfully managed the implementation of Cisco Umbrella for web content filtering and a CyberArk Vaulting project.

From July 2019 to February 2021, Jason worked as a Sr Cybersecurity Program Manager at Wolters Kluwer. Jason managed global security infrastructure operations projects and worked on Governance and Assurance, including a SOC2 audit.

Other consultant roles include IT Project Manager / Scrum Master for Digital Experience - Cloud Strategy at Allianz from January 2019 to July 2019, and Project Delivery Manager for Application Modernization at UnitedHealth Group from October 2018 to January 2019.

Jason's experience also includes working at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. as a Sr Project Manager from October 2017 to October 2018. Jason was responsible for technology builds related to a merger and acquisition project.

From September 2016 to October 2017, Jason worked as a Sr Agile Project Manager on the Polaris Project - Cirrus at UnitedHealth Group. Jason was responsible for obtaining pricing information from multiple source systems and integrating it into the new claims adjudication platform.

Jason's earlier experience includes working as a Sr Project Manager at Securian Financial Group from January 2015 to September 2016. Jason successfully managed the re-write of Securian's Retirement Services Participant site and delivered the site on time and within budget.

Jason Keippela, PMP has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology-Criminology from the University of Minnesota Duluth. Additionally, Jason holds certifications including Project Management Professional from PMI, obtained in September 2006, and (ISC)² Candidate from (ISC)², obtained in June 2023.
