Paula Rautiainen

Paula Rautiainen started their work experience in 2008 at Vapo Oy, where they held various roles including Controller, Assistant to CFO, and Team Leader of the Credit control team. Paula'sresponsibilities at Vapo Oy included financial communication and its development, as well as working on different group-level projects. In 2017, they joined Manse PP as a Mental Coach until 2018. Since 2019, Paula has been working at Suomen Digimarkkinointi Oy as the Head of People Operations.

Paula Rautiainen pursued their education from 2001 to 2008 at the University of Jyväskylä. During this period, they obtained a Master of Science (Econ.) degree, specializing in Accounting and Finance, Management and Leadership, as well as Education. In 2017 and 2018, Paula attended the Helsinki Brief Therapy Institute (Lyhytterapiainstituutti Oy) to further enhance their skills in coaching, completing the program and becoming an Advanced Solution-Focused Practitioner of Coaching (Ratkaisukeskeinen coaching - koulutusohjelma).
